I‘m so excited about this amazingly tasty and beautiful summer salmon recipe. I love this recipe because it's simple, healthy and packed full of omega 3's. Omega 3's have been show to reduce cholesterol and inflammation and has also been show to help with symptoms of depression as well as increase focus. So, eat up!
Ingredients (Serves about 2)
- 1 lb Wild Salmon
- 1 Whole Orange
- 1/2 White Onion
- 1 Yellow Zucchini
- 1 Tbsp Grass-fed Butter
- 8–10 Mint Leaves
- Splash of White Wine (optional)
- 2 Tbsp Water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Heat cast iron pan with grass fed butter.
Step 2
Chop onion and sauté until translucent in pan.
Step 3
Slice zucchini and add to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Place salmon on pan with skin side down.
